You’re uniquely designed to be part of something big: the body of Christ. God has given you gifts that are a part of that body. Do you know your gifts? You might be using your gifts now and not even realize it, or you might need to do a little investigating to discover your strengths. Take this quiz to learn how you can serve in the body of Christ.

2. Your youth group is having a dinner to raise money for a missions trip to Mexico. You

3. Your basketball team is in a tie game with a minute left. You
a. offer to sit out. Amber has the best shot on the team, so she should be in the game.

4. Your best friend’s grandma just passed away. You

Hands (8-13 points)
You get things done by using your hands in creative or practical ways. Gifts of the hands are “doing” gifts such as craftsmanship, helps and hospitality.
Heart (14-18 points)
Gifts of the heart come easily for you. They are shown in how you love others and sacrifice to help them. Gifts of the heart include encouragement, faith, giving, intercession, mercy and shepherding.
Head (19-24 points)
When it comes to serving God, you use your head. Gifts of the head are administration, discernment, knowledge, leadership, teaching and wisdom.

Administration—Coordinating and organizing people and plans to accomplish goals
Craftsmanship—Using your artistic and creative talents to benefit others
Discernment—Perceiving right from wrong
Encouragement—Consoling others with words of kindness, hope and reassurance
Faith—Believing and trusting God completely with things unseen
Giving—Contributing resources joyfully
Helps—Desiring to take care of the needs of others
Hospitality—Warmly welcoming people and making them feel comfortable
Intercession—Praying regularly for long periods of time and having patience to see your prayers answered
Knowledge—Understanding things in an exceptional way and having a hunger for gathering and analyzing information
Leadership—Influencing others to follow you
Mercy—Empathizing with others in compassionate ways that help to relieve their problems or pain
Shepherding—Offering guidance to others that builds them up in their faith.
Teaching—Communicating information to others for the purpose of learning
Wisdom—Having insight to make decisions about what should be done in certain situations
