Scoring Guide
Mostly A’s: Faux Confidence
While trying to define who you are as a person, be careful to avoid false confidence. Hanging out with girls you think are fun and cool doesn’t mean you’ll have friends who will be there when the times get tough. Do things that interest you, and you’ll find others who support your efforts. Be yourself, and you’ll develop friendships that will last longer than second semester.
Mostly B’s: True Confidence
When it comes to self-esteem, you’re headed in the right direction. You know close friends are priceless, and you aren’t afraid to do the right thing. Being true to yourself and your feelings makes it easy for others to get to know the real you. While it’s sometimes tough to stand up for yourself, you know others admire your honesty and integrity. Your confidence will rub off on those around you.
Mostly C’s: Confidence in Training
Being an individual can be difficult at anytime in your life, not only the teen years. If you’re struggling with embarrassment or not finding the right kind of activities that interest you, now might be the time to confide in your parents or a member of your church. Tell them how you’re feeling and ask for help in finding the inner you. A little confidence to follow your dreams will take you far.
