31 Ways to Appreciate Your Church’s Staff
1 Consider getting the book Ministry Mutiny: Revolutionary Principles for Transforming Your Student Ministry for your youth pastor.
2 Send a card to the secretary.
3 Wash your youth pastor’s car.
4 Make a care package for the children’s ministry department.
5 Pick up trash after the youth meeting.
6 Plan an activity for the youth group.
7 Baby sit the children’s pastor’s kids for free.
8 Buy a gift card.
9 Write an encouraging verse on a 3x5 card.
10 Say “Thank you.”
